Overview of our services

In the area of assembly workstation and test systems, our project specialists work together with certified workstation experts to analyze your requirements directly on site - including the requirements for test systems. We provide you with specific advice on ergonomics, workplace lighting, traffic and escape routes and optimum use of storage space.

On this basis, we develop individual concept proposals. The creation of a specification sheet is one of our proven services and is regularly commissioned by customers.

As a result of the specialist consultation, you receive a comprehensive planning package: a graphic 3D room representation, detailed individual views of the components and a detailed description of the respective technical data.

If you wish, you can also do the room planning yourself - with the free planning tool pCon.planner. The corresponding solutions are available to you as CAD files.

We provide you with individually tailored training for operators, administrators and maintenance staff when your assembly workstation and testing systems go live or start production. In this way, we ensure that even complex systems can be used safely and efficiently right from the start. During the start-up phase, our project team is also available to you by telephone - to ensure a smooth ramp-up of your production.

You will receive detailed documents such as room sketches and cable routing plans for optimum preparation as early as the order processing stage. Delivery is carried out by a removal company, while our assembly team takes care of installation and alignment. For networked systems, practical training packages round off our range of services.

The Lifecycle Service includes all services required for the reliable, long-term operation of your assembly workstation and testing systems - from proactive maintenance and calibration to software updates and fast spare parts supply. In this way, you can ensure permanently high system availability and economically optimal operating costs.

Expansions, relocations or retrofit solutions to extend the product life cycle are also implemented professionally. The consistent availability of spare parts and custom-fit additions ensure long-lasting and uniform system equipment - for many years to come.

If your test system no longer works properly, you need fast and competent support. Especially with complex systems, the cause of failures is not always immediately apparent. Our support hotline connects you directly with experienced specialists who will quickly analyze the cause of the fault and provide you with targeted assistance - professionally and efficiently, without wasting valuable time.

As part of a maintenance contract, we also guarantee extended availability outside regular office hours so that your production is optimally supported at all times.
