As a result of our expert consultation, you will receive a comprehensive planning package: a graphical 3D room layout, detailed individual views of the components, and a thorough description of the respective technical specifications.

If you prefer, you can also carry out the space planning yourself using the free planning tool pCon.planner. The relevant solutions are available to you as CAD files.

Start-Up

At the start or production launch of your assembly workstations and testing systems, we support you with tailored training sessions for operators, administrators, and maintenance personnel. This ensures that even complex systems can be used safely and efficiently right from the outset. During the ramp-up phase, our project team is also available by phone to assist you – ensuring a smooth start to your production.

From the order processing stage, you will receive detailed documentation such as room layouts and cable routing plans to help you prepare optimally. Delivery is made via furniture logistics, with assembly and alignment carried out by our installation team. For networked systems, practical training packages complete our service offering.

The lifecycle service covers all tasks necessary for the safe, long-term operation of your assembly workstations and testing systems – from proactive maintenance and calibration to software updates and rapid spare parts supply. Extensions, relocations, or retrofit solutions to extend the product lifecycle are also carried out professionally. Continuous availability of spare parts and perfectly matched upgrades guarantee a durable and uniform system setup over many years.
