The flexible avero modular system enables you to configure assembly workstations individually – with height-adjustable tables (electric or manual), available in full ESD versions if required. Swivel frames place tools and materials ergonomically within reach, while robust worktops provide stability and durability. With coordinated accessories, tools and equipment are efficiently organised at the workstation. Our experts will support you in the planning process – or you can choose from pre-configured solutions such as packing tables.

Customer case: ABL – efficient wallbox production with digital assembly line

As a pioneer in electromobility, ABL GmbH has been a market leader in the production of high-performance charging stations since 2011. Using on workstation systems and software solutions from the Bott Group, they recently implemented a highly modern, semi-automated assembly. The new system makes it possible to produce wallboxes in 30-second cycles. The core of the system is the digital assistance solution elution two: it controls the entire production process, provides real-time assembly instructions, and ensures complete documentation and quality assurance for each wallbox.
